Water is a fundamental resource with no substitute. It is essential to life, to communities and to the global economy. At Hydroflux, our work directly supports the restoration and reuse of wastewater, reducing reliance on freshwater and enabling more sustainable outcomes across industry and society.
This last year we have delivered a variety of projects and services across the industrial, municipal and mining sectors – below is a summary of what we have achieved.
Key Highlights
- Zero Harm Zero Injuries
- Accelerated Growth with a 21% 4Y CAGR for Revenue
- Record backlog of secured work for 2026 and 2027
- Award and delivery of key projects incorporating many innovations for the ANZ-Pacific water sector

Industrial Market
- Award of many water treatment and reuse systems for some of Australia’s largest infrastructure projects across Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide
- Commissioning of Australia’s first dNF Hollowfibre nano-membrane technology that forms part of a closed looped water reuse scheme
- Expansion of our hygienic grade HyPURE® and HyX® systems for process water applications
- Award of our first AI-powered HyPURE® ultra pure water treatment system
- Commissioning of multiple high-rate aerobic biological treatment plants for high strength wastewater
Municipal Market
- Commissioning of a significant membrane bioreactor system that utilises over 32,240m2 of membrane surface area to produce high quality effluent and reuse potential
- Commissioning of ANZ’s first high efficiency raked wedgewire screening technology
- Expansion of our decentralised solutions portfolio to include high-rate systems as both welded and bolted tank designs
- Award of our third thermal drying package for a significant biosolids upgrade in New Zealand
- Award of a LimeFlo Saturator for Australia’s next major seawater desalination plant
- Performance review of a diffused aeration system proving high alpha values and near new efficiency after eight years operation


Aftermarket Services
- Expansion of our rental fleet to assist customers with emergency relief
- Managing over four hundred customers for aftermarket service, support, spares and chemical needs
- Expanded team of account managers, service personnel and logistics resourcing to meet our growing customer base
- Delivering technical support to ensure long term objectives and outcomes are met
Community and Industry
- Gold Sponsor WaterAid Sydney Ball
- Love Mercy sponsorship where we provided a water well for a school in Anepmoroto, Uganda
- Cancer Council Relay for Life Funding Raising
- Multiple internships and employment initiatives for undergraduate students
