Hydroflux Awarded LogMax® Clarifier Technology for Hawks Nest STP

Midcoast Water’s Hawks Nest STP is currently being upgraded to meet population growth in the region and to provide a higher level of treatment. The upgrade includes the construction of two new secondary clarifiers, which will be provided by Hydroflux.

  • 2 x 20m diameter LogMax® clarifiers with peripheral drive and half span bridge
  • Clarifier wall height of 4.0m
  • Inclusive of 4.0m diameter flocculation well and 2.0m diameter EdiGate® EDI
  • Scum Boxes
  • CleanSweep® launder brush  
  • V-notch weirs
